You will regularly create wiki entries that will be released to the user as a permanent feature for training and assistance.
You will handle onboarding and training sessions, guide users through their entire implementation process and proactively support them in achieving mutually set goals.
In 1st-level support, you answer questions, provide assistance, train users, and take support requests for 2nd-level support.
With your work, you will ensure that kitchen studios throughout Europe can make their day-to-day work much easier thanks to our innovative software.
