User support

You act as a sparring partner for our users regarding the use of our software and independently develop solutions to train our users in a sustainable way.

User training

You will regularly create wiki entries that will be released to the user as a permanent feature for training and assistance.

Onboardings and trainings

You will handle onboarding and training sessions, guide users through their entire implementation process and proactively support them in achieving mutually set goals.

Software support

In 1st-level support, you answer questions, provide assistance, train users, and take support requests for 2nd-level support.
